Had a busy day today doing a few things @ Sandton City… breakfast with Mildri, haircut, lunch with Brandon — am I becoming a yuppie *that* soon? Picked up Mildri tonight and dropped her off at a 21st. Picked her up again just now and dropped her off again. Quite tired, but quickly had to clear my mind on current priorities and deadlines. I bought a book today, The on-time on-target manager that I hope will keep me from procrastinating and just get a bit more focused on the road ahead.

Like I said earlier this week, I’m starting a motorcycle business in Cape Town. I’m also studying, working at Adcheck and creating another catalogueing product. I also am selling my house. So, the current todo list is getting longer than my arm, and its time to apply triage[1]. So here goes:

Priority list:

1. Faith/Spiritual life

2. Education/Knowledge

3. Career

4. Friends

5. Family

6. Health and Fitness

7. Recreation/Sports

This is of course subject to change… I mean, my family’s at (5), but that doesn’t mean I’ll never see them, or that I’ll never go out with Recreation at (7). Its just that when push comes to shove, I’ll make a call that’s probably showing the above priority.Priorities in itself are constantly shifting and its impossible to make this list today and think it will stand for all time.

More about that later…
