Its been less than a week that I’ve committed to tithing to the church, and all hell feels to have broken loose already, which is quite expected (although never expected enough — the knees are always a bit wobbly when that first wave hits). Pete suggest we must look at why Satan would want to give me such a hard time, and the only conclusion we can get to is because he’s got people with special callings high on his list. Its plain — if I’m protecting and providing for prophets and spiritual warriors, is it not unexpected to run into financial hardship?
Why does our Father allow this? At church last week Johan said God is raising us up to be in His army. Perhaps that’s why we’re having such a tough time – because we’re having boot camp?

However, if this is the case, we mustn’t forget that ‘greater is He that’s in me than he that’s in the world’. Just last week I formulated my business and what I do for a living.”what do you do for a living?”, you may ask. “whatever it takes,” my reply will be. “whatever it takes to do what?” “to build God’s kingdom, inside by uplifting and restoring and outside by adding to our members.” So, with bills piling up and calls becoming less friendly, it’s a mision to hold on to. The power of the Holy Spirit will surely get us through this patch.

PS here’s the crap that this post started with. Who cares about what’s happening in the natural if you have supernatural stuff happening all round you? I mean, just to get to the kitchen for some coffee I must step over Mikey drunk as a skunk in on the floor, oozing bliss about how warm it is on the subzero tile floor. Of course on the way back I just have to pause a few minutes and bless him and get some peace myself from the lovely anointing flowing through him. Bah lets forget about the crap that this post started with — life’s too short to dwell on the woes!
PPS Pete just shared a prophecy that she got around October ’05… “Speak to Lohan – his finances shall be difficult for a while (there shall not be a shortage) because I am training him in something very special and very trustworthy. Tell him he is my son and I love him dearly.” woohoo! After a reminder like this, what is left to feel depro about?
