Your life surface area is the full extent of all relationships, assets, activities and desires that you have as you exist at this point in time. Think of your life as if it’s laid out on a land, where the above areas of your life are represented as areas on a map:

Think of the major parts of your life – here’s an example of what you may come up with:
Every area can have sections, like this:
And each section can be further divided – your family will consist of Parents, Sister, Children, andsoforth.
You will find that its quite difficult to draw your areas on a flat piece of paper, because no map is going to come out right first time. Instead, make a list using a spreadsheet on your computer or a mind map on paper – any medium which is easily editable and can represent a hierarchy is fine:
